Building asset strategies and utilities work instructions for BMA infrastructure.
With thousands of water delivery and sewage treatment assets under management across multiple sites, BMA needed specialist resources and a structured approach to build maintenance strategies and documents.
OnPlan services and software were used to speed delivery of the project. Hundreds of high quality maintenance documents and procedures were built over a nine month period. Two experienced OnPlan engineers were deployed to tackle the project working between various sites and offices.
OnPlan uses repeatable elements to make the delivery of consistent documents more efficient. By following a standard structure, large volumes of content can be built and reviewed and updated in less time with fewer errors.
