Yes. OnPlan has tools and services to migrate existing content into OnPlan. Read about our bulk importing service here.

OnPlan uses enterprise grade scaleable architecture that can handle hundreds of thousands of documents and terabytes of data. The number of documents does not effect the speed of the system.

Any content entered into OnPlan by you is owned by you. OnPlan has no rights to your data.

No. There is no way to access data from other customers. Each customer has there own dedicated database containing only their work instructions and data.

Yes. Work Instructions are output as Microsoft Word documents as either .doc or .docx formats. All features of Microsoft Word can be replicated in the output. The output can also contain meta-data and other Word field elements required by some document management systems such as SharePoint and Documentum.

Yes. OnPlan can be integrated with SAP and other ERP systems. Typical integration points are the asset hierarchy,  notifications, and work orders.

Yes. Documents from OnPlan can be output to third-party document management systems or shared directories from OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive.

Yes. OnPlan can sync up with Active Directory and Office 365 logins so access can be managed centrally by your IT department. 

OnPlan data is stored in data centres located close to your operations. We currently use IBM compute infrastructure to host OnPlan services.

Yes. The OnPlan App is fully offline capable.

Yes. OnPlan has an open architecture using modern APIs and Web Hooks to enable communication with other enterprise applications.
